What we confirm on each quote
Flight number, arrival date, and mobile contact. We monitor commercial arrivals where data is available and hold the chauffeur through normal delay windows.
If a flight is cancelled or rerouted
We rebook pickup to the new arrival time when possible. Cancellation terms follow what we confirmed in writing for the specific fare.
FAQ
Reasonable delay waiting is included for pre-booked airport transfers when the flight number is on the quote. For extreme delays, we coordinate on WhatsApp.
