What happens if my flight into Zadar is delayed?
We track flights and include reasonable waiting time in airport quotes. Extreme delays get a quick WhatsApp update so pickup adjusts without surprise fees at Zadar, Split, Dubrovnik, or Zagreb.
What we confirm on each quote
Flight number, arrival date, and mobile contact. We monitor commercial arrivals where data is available and hold the chauffeur through normal delay windows.
If a flight is cancelled or rerouted
We rebook pickup to the new arrival time when possible. Cancellation terms follow what we confirmed in writing for the specific fare.
