Arrival Desk
Landing late with the family? Arrival Desk is one Split number while you get through the airport. We watch published arrival information where we can get it, tell the driver, and hold the agreed wait. One restaurant reservation attempt if you named a place. An attempt is not a guarantee the restaurant has a table.

What the desk can actually do
Real situations. Named help. Only what we put on the quote.
You keep the transport booking. The desk sits beside it and handles the practical coordination we agree in writing. If a job is not on this list, ask. We will say yes or no before it appears on the quote.
A ferry-heavy itinerary
We check ferry timing and help line the car up with your planned crossings. You still buy the boat ticket.
A restaurant on arrival
Arrival Desk can attempt one reservation if you named a place. The restaurant may still be full.
Several transfers in one trip
Trip Desk is one thread for the week, instead of explaining the trip from scratch each time.
A wedding or a group
Event Desk coordinates guest movements around a run sheet. That work is quoted, not a fixed add-on.
Local partner bookings
If you add Book & Pay, we can arrange and pay eligible partner services. Those costs are itemised on the quote. It does not turn the transport into a package holiday.

You choose whether to use it. It does not turn the transport booking into a package holiday. Hotels, ferries, and restaurants stay yours unless this add-on is on that quote.
Two jobs
The driver drives. The desk coordinates.
Your chauffeur is responsible for the road. Local Desk handles the agreed calls and timing around that booking. They are related, and they are different jobs.
You do not need a second transport company. The desk works around your Croatia Holiday Travel booking. The driver on the day is the person named on the quote. We do not promise the same individual on every leg of a long trip.
