Overview
Two capitals, two countries, and one driver for the whole route. Zagreb and Ljubljana open the week, then Lake Bled and Postojna Cave, then back into Croatia for Plitvice, the Dalmatian coast, and Dubrovnik. Every morning's departure time is yours to set, and the driver knows which crossings move and which back up in August.
The route, stop by stop
Zagreb to Ljubljana
The Croatian capital, then across into Slovenia for the Ljubljana old town.
Bled and Postojna
Lake Bled and its island church, then the Postojna Cave before returning south.
Plitvice and the coast
Cross back into Croatia for Plitvice, Zadar, Šibenik, and Split.
Split to Dubrovnik
A day on the water near Split, then the Pelješac coast into Dubrovnik.
