Getting a quote

Dates, passenger count, and pickup/drop-off reach us through the route planner, email, or phone. On business days we aim to reply within 24 hours with a written quote.

Custom routes are priced individually. Fixed airport transfer prices on the site apply only to those specific SKUs. Everything else is confirmed in writing before payment.

What we confirm

Before travel day we confirm in writing:

• Pickup time and address (or flight number)
• Drop-off or day route
• Vehicle class (Mercedes-class saloon, comfort van, or minibus as quoted)
• Total fare and any deposit amount
• Chauffeur name and mobile number for multi-day and airport jobs

A binding transport agreement starts when the quote is accepted and any required deposit is paid. Instant online checkout, where available, applies only to fixed airport products.

Paying

Bank transfer details are on your invoice or quote acceptance email. Card payments online use the secure myPOS checkout page. Online card payments are processed on the secure myPOS checkout page. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Transport is invoiced separately from desk tiers. Book & Pay mediation is optional when you want the desk to arrange hotels and restaurants through licensed partners.

Changes & cancellation

Your written quote and transport contract state the cancellation window, any deposit, and fees that apply. Rules depend on how close to travel day cancellation happens and whether we have already assigned a chauffeur.

• Changes are usually easier before a chauffeur is assigned.
• Close to travel day, a deposit or quoted cancellation fee may apply as stated in your contract.
• Eligible card refunds are processed through myPOS back to the original payment method.

Flight delays: we adjust pickup when delays land early in the day. Airport pickups include a standard wait window stated in your confirmation. Beyond that, extra waiting may be charged.
