Your data

We collect what we need to quote and run your trip: name, contact details, dates, route, passenger count, and messages you send us. We use it to prepare quotes, perform contracts, invoice, and support you on travel day.

We do not sell guest lists. Processors (email, payments, analytics when enabled) are listed in the full policy.

Terms

Website use and transport bookings are governed by our Terms of Use. Key points: transport and optional mediation only, quotes in writing, Croatian law, courts in Split unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

Your rights

EU and Croatian consumer rules apply where they apply to transport services. You have GDPR rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, subject to legal retention for invoices and contracts.
