Vehicles, chauffeurs, and what to do if plans shift on travel day.
Vehicles
Standard assignments use Mercedes E-Class or similar saloon. Larger groups get a matched vehicle class quoted upfront. Vehicles are maintained for passenger use, with air conditioning and room for standard luggage unless your quote notes extra bags or equipment.
Chauffeurs
Chauffeurs speak English for guest-facing work. We assign from a vetted pool; the same driver may stay with you on multi-day itineraries when schedules allow.
You receive direct contact details before airport pickups and longer hires. Save that number before you land.
Travel day
Active booking? Call your chauffeur first. They know where you are on the route.

Ferry timings, traffic, and cruise ship changes happen. Tell us early if your schedule shifts so we can adjust pickup.

Our liability is limited to the transport we provide under your signed agreement. We are not responsible for hotels, restaurants, or tours you booked separately.
